The Eastern part of Bhutan is the least visited site in Bhutan for not lacking in uniqueness but for being a little remote than the capital city of Bhutan.
However, the remoteness presents itself advantages as visitors can experience an authentic (rustic) way of living apart from the warm hospitality accorded by shy local people.
It possesses unique livelihood, dialect, cuisine, tradition, culture and is known for the origin of Wangchuck Dynasty (our King’s ancestral home) as well as the origin of the Textile arts and crafts of Bhutan
